Payment Policy
• 45 days or more prior to departure date, Initial Booking Amount and additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
• Between 30–45 days: 50% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
• Less than 30 days: 100% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your Holiday

*ROE (Rate of exchange): The final payment to be collected will be as per the applicable ROE with TripAlive on the day of payment.
